- What makes our shoes so special?

Legend is the first company in South Africa to make a hybrid shoe. Hybrid shoes are extremely versatile in their application and are suitable for most occasions.
Does this mean you should buy our shoes? Absolutely not. You should only purchase any item if you actually NEED it. And even then, always start with second hand as they have the best environmental footprints.
- Are the shoes suitable for heavy weightlifting?

While the shoes are suitable for most weight-bearing exercises, the shoes may not be optimal for hitting deadlift or squat PRs.
They are well suited for other forms of exercise that involve light to medium weights.
- What do you do if you are in between sizes?

We recommend that you size up if you are in between sizes. In the near future, we will incorporate more sizes.
- Are the shoes breathable?

You bet! When making the shoes, we decided to go with a fabric that is just right.
- Are the shoes sweat-proof?

Yes, they can easily wick all that sweat away!
- What is Legend's stance on inclusivity?

Legend recognises and strives to create an all inclusive environment for all health & wellness lovers. No matter your race, culture, religion, body type, ability or disability, we believe everyone should be represented.
As we are doing an initial concept launch, we are aware that we may not be able to represent all our customers. We feel we can provide more sizes, different colours, and a greater representation of body diversity. These are areas which we promise to improve on following the success of the concept launch.
- Does Legend use any animals in its products?

Nope. We are 100% vegan.
- When will my order arrive?

SA deliveries can be expected within 2-3 business days.
- Are orders tracked?

All orders are tracked so you can monitor the process of your order along the way. You can access the tracking number from the confirmation email sent following purchase.
- Where do you ship?

South Africa only.
- Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Following the placement of your order, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes, item changes, or cancelation requests.
- What is Legend's returns policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.

- Will I be charged customs?

No, all items are currently only for sale within SA.
- How do I apply my discount code?

On your checkout page, you'll want to enter your discount code into the "Discount Code" bar and click apply. Your total amount will then be updated!

This is a subjective question, but we say yes! Our items are designed for the truest and best fit possible, however, we do recognise that not all bodies are the same so send us your feedback so we can make our items even better.
