Delivery and Returns

1. DELIVERY
1.1 The product is designed and sold by Legend. The shipping of our products is out-sourced to third party couriers.

1.2 Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 days and delivery confirmed by way of an email confirmation with the associated tracking number.

1.3 Once the order is placed, the product(s) will be shipped to the address given by the customer in the checkout phase.

1.4 If the incorrect address was input into the checkout phase, please contact us at support@hybrdlegend.com as soon as possible so we can change the address. If we are unable to change the address prior to the item being handed over to the third party courier, any additional charges will be borne by the customer.

1.5 SA deliveries can be expected within 2-3 business days.

1.6 All orders are tracked so you can monitor the process of your order along the way.

 

2. RETURNS
2.1 Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2.3 Gift cards are non-returnable.

2.4 The provision of goods and services by Legend is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Legend will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.

 

3.1. REFUNDS
3.1.1 To initiate the return and refund process, please contact us at: support@hybrdlegend.com

3.1.2 Please note, duties & taxes are non-refundable.

 

3.2. SA ORDERS
3.2.1 Once we have verified your item is eligible for return, you will receive an email shortly with a waybill from one our our selected couriers. Please print out the waybill and add it to the item(s) which you wish to return. Please package the item(s) and printed waybill into the mailer originally sent with the order. The details of the pickup will be on the waybill. Please contact Legend if you want to change the pickup time.

3.2.2 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2.3 If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund will amount to the value of the item(s) returned as well as any fees incurred in order to return the item to our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

3.3. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
3.3.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3.3.2 Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@hybrdlegend.com.

 

4. SALE ITEMS
4.1 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

5. EXCHANGES
5.1 Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

 

6. GIFTS
6.1 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your item(s). Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

6.2 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
